Careers sub – Restaurant and Bar Manager



The restaurant & bar manager is responsible for managing the F&B outlets in close cooperation with and reporting to the operations manager. The focus is on the proper organization of the restaurant, bar and room service. In addition to coaching and motivating the team members, you also actively participate in the service. As a true host, you are constantly attentive to the wishes of the guests and you guarantee a guest-friendly, high-quality service.


  • You are responsible for the management and proper organization of the F&B outlets and you work closely with the operations manager
  • You welcome guests on arrival and inform them
  • You coach and motivate the F&B team that consists of ten people
  • You contribute to the professionalization of the department and you make suggestions about optimizing services
  • You actively participate in the F&B outlets and are constantly attentive to the wishes of the guests
  • You manage the stock, establish shortages and place orders


  • True host/hostess
  • Passion for gastronomy
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French & English
  • Flexibility in terms of timetables
    Variable timetable, 38-hour week, 5-day week
