Hotel Dukes’ Palace disposes of 4 boardrooms. They are the ideal venue for meetings from 2 to 20 people. All boardrooms have natural daylight, an elegant decor and are equipped with state of the art conference facilities. The guarantee for a successful board meeting, business conference or training.

Conference centre

The room Erasmus (263 m²) is the ideal location for presentations, conferences and corporate events, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The space can be separated in several ways into 2 smaller meeting rooms.
Gerard David (125 m²) is the perfect venue for meetings in small groups. The room has natural daylight coming from the small courtyard alongside the meeting room.

Foyer

The Foyer (72 m²), is the ideal place for coffee breaks and receptions and is directly accessible from the Gerard David and Erasmus.

THE GARDEN – TERRACE

The garden, which covers no less than 3000 m², is a hidden gem in the center of Bruges. Impressive art of Desmarets and the Ginkgo biloba tree, or maidenhair tree, make it a unique location. The garden is undoubtedly the ideal place to finish a meeting or start a special event.

Horse wagon

Go with a horse wagon to your destination in Bruges whilst you enjoy a glass of cava. € 25.00 per person for groups from 10 to 60 persons.

Belgian beer reception

We can organize a reception with an assortment of Belgian beers and 4 Flemish canapés. € 24.00 per person for 1 hour reception.

Petanque in Dukes’ garden

At a price of € 12.50 per person we make a nice stand in our garden for your group where your guests can enjoy our home-made olive tapenade and fresh pastis. In combination with the aperitif we give you a set of petanque balls and the game is on! Imagine you are in the Provence... a nice variation in your busy meeting schedule. (up to 10 persons)

Physical and mental boost

Discover the green area around Bruges, running or with a bicycle, and start your meeting in top shape. € 95.00 per instructor (for max. 2 hours). € 25.00 per bicycle, inclusive delivery at our hotel.

Activate your employees and colleagues

Organize an initiation of haka, kick box, fencing or cheerleading as a relaxing pause. Price of one hour session: € 350.00

Belgian Chocolate

Surprise yourself from our chocolate ladies with their special chocolate creations during your break. Unique assortment of Bruges’ chocolatiers Dominique Persoone and Pol Depla. € 14.00 per person, for min. 20 persons.

Ice Cream

Enjoy a refreshing ice cream in our beatiful garden with an original ice cream lorry. There will be 6 different flavours. Minimum package of € 305.00
