ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR INTERNSHIP

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious colleagues. You are discrete, with an eye for detail and you have a good memory. You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. A third and fourth language are added value. In addition, you are disciplined, meet deadlines and you have a sense of initiative. You can work independently, are flexible and dare to ask questions. Working together with colleagues, managers and the hotel director does not scare you off.

Tasks

  • Drawing up the daily schedule
  • Managing, adjusting and supervising the team’s tasks to ensure that the procedures and standards are respected
  • Inspecting the cleaned rooms and public spaces
  • First-line complaint handling about the housekeeping department
  • Stock management: placing orders, monitoring cleaning uniforms
  • Maintaining a positive working climate and a good relationship between employees to deliver optimum performance together with the team
  • Assisting in various departments depending on the hustle and the needs of the hotel to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel
